Fenglehorn Sticky Pork Ribs Instructions
Ingredients
- St Louis Style or Baby Back Pork Ribs
- Fenglehorn Roasted Garlic Sauce (or Spicy Garlic Sauce)
- Fenglehorn Memphis Magic BBQ Rub (or Peppery Pig BBQ Rub)
- Fenglehorn Ballz Out BBQ Sauce (or Ballz Out XXX BBQ Sauce)
- 100g Butter (melted)
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- Apple Juice
Instructions
- Removing the membrane from the underside of the rack
- Generously smother your ribs in Fenglehorn Roasted Garlic Sauce, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours
- Prepare your BBQ, smoker or oven and heat to 160°C/320°F
- Remove from the fridge and generously cover with Fenglehorn Memphis Magic BBQ Rub and leave for 15 mins
- Place ribs in oven/BBQ/smoker and cook (UNCOVERED) for approx 90 mins
- Spritz with 50% Apple Juice/50% Water every 30 mins
- GLAZE - Mix Butter, Honey, Brown Sugar, 150ml Apple Juice & 100ml BBQ sauce and set aside
- Remove ribs and place in baking tray then cover with glaze
- Cover with lid or foil and return to the oven at 180°C/350°F for 45-60 mins
- Remove cover/lid and return to the oven for a further 30 mins to reduce glaze to a sticky finish.
- Enjoy with Coleslaw, Mac & Cheese & Potato Salad
- Go to the gym and work it all off!!
